If using remittance forms, please note that payment will have to be mailed to Canada Revenue Agency as remittance forms are not bank encoded. Please be sure to complete your individual or companies indentification information including legal name and social insurance number of account number. Remember that if remitting business payments, include your business number and note the following extension (to be included after the business number):
-RC001 - Corporate Tax
-RP001 - Payroll Source
-RT001 - GST/HST
